St. Paul's Public Works Department plans, designs, builds and maintains all public works for residents, businesses and departments. The Public Works Department is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Contact after hours is through the St. Paul Police Department.

Community Pool
St. Paul owns and opperates a public community pool. The facility includes a snack bar, restrooms with showers/changing areas, two separate kiddie pools, and an Olympic-sized swimming pool with two high dives. The patio area has park benches and picnic tables for visitor's convenience. Lifeguards are on duty during all open hours. The pool is available to rent for private parties during swimming season.
Admission - $2.00 (adults and children ages 5 & over)
Pool Parties - $100.00 including lifeguard costs Party hours: 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
