Skateboard Park For St. Paul The St. Paul IDA (Industrial Development Authority), meeting in regular session on Tuesday, May 26, responding to a request from Angela Neece for a site on which the town can locate a skateboard park, voted to contribute the property between Dinsmore Hall (the Eastern Star Building) and Ma Whitenack Little League Field to the the Town.
