Public Hearing - Right-Of-Way Abandonment

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to section 15.2-1800 of the Code of Virginia, the Town of St Paul Town Council will hold a Public Hearing to consider a Right-Of-Way Abandonment between Tax Parcel IDs 004884 and 004814. The Public Hearing will take place at the St Paul Town Hall located at 16531 Russell St, St Paul, VA 24283 at 5:45 p.m. on November 13, 2023. Town Council will receive comments by any persons, taxpayer, or concern citizen.
