NOTICE OF 2nd PUBLIC HEARING

ORDINANCE AMENDMENT REGARDING NOISE

NOTICE is hereby given that the Town Council of the Town of St. Paul, Virginia, will conduct the second of two public hearings in the council chambers of the St. Paul Town Hall (16531 Russell Street, St. Paul, VA 24283) at 5:45 P.M. on Monday, April 22, 2024 to consider and allow public comment on the proposed ordinance amendment:

Unlawful Noise Disturbance, Section 14-382.

Any citizen, taxpayer, or interested person shall have the right to attend and state his or her views orally or in writing on these proposed ordinances.
